Although Thames Side Sensors offers a wide range of standard force measurement transducers, there are often applications which require either a modified version of a standard transducer or a specially designed product.

We pride ourselves that special products don’t take forever to design and build - most engineered load cells and sensors take only a few weeks from design to despatch.   Our team of specialist engineers utilise the latest Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software and 3D CAD techniques as well as decades of experience in the design of force measurement transducers.

We work closely with our customers and often the ongoing evolution of a product takes place over a number of years.   We have also pioneered a number of new technologies linked to the design and sealing of load cells.   This ingenuity has allowed our products to push back conventional operational restraints to new limits.
